in our workplace piping and sheetwork get’s processed in multiple sorts of material to a composed whole. MIC is specialized in pipingprojects, skid construction, trolleys, vessel construction to m³ and smaller constructions. Also customized projects belongs to the possibilities. The parts are prepared in the workplace to assemble them on the yard afterwards or they get finished to an end product. Within this there is a permanent interaction between engineering and workplace. As a client you can approve parts of the installation in the workplace before delivery (FAT = didmensions, roughness, pressure tests, RX, …). This way of working gives the advantage that your own workprocess get’s less interupted and the time of interaction on location is shorter. This results in a gain of time and lower costs for both parties. For the execution MIC holds an own scissors and folding bench for sheetwork, saw and wire cutting machine for piping and diverse welding machines. Beside MIC has an own pickling bath and sanding bench. Turning and laser works are executed with regular partners. The full preparation and potential follow-up of stainless steel, contribute to a shorter lead time. The photo welders and demanded photo weld certificates are available for steel, stainless steel and alloys. If you want expansion in this as a client, we are always prepared to go into this.
